Acumatica Summit 2026 Terms & Conditions
ACUMATICA CODE OF CONDUCT
Acumatica Events are intended to provide our Community of partners, customers, prospects, influencers, and developers with informative experiences, meetings, activities, and sessions that are consistent with and supportive of the company’s mission and culture. The purpose of these events is to give every person attending a positive and rewarding experience. To that end, we invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, vendors, and others (“Participants”) to help us realize a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
Acumatica has established this Code of Conduct to provide clear guidelines, so all Participants know what behavior is expected and what behavior will not be tolerated at our events. Acumatica expects all Participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all events. This includes during conference-related social events at off-site locations, in related online communities, and on social media.
Acumatica is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
